The family studio is built as a maisonette. The living area is connected to the double room on the upper floor with a spiral staircase. The studio is not suitable for guests with disabilities.
On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, shower with private WC.
The studio has a washing tower: washing machine and tumble dryer. For the use please ask by phone.

The studio is generously equipped and offers enough space and storage to enjoy your time. Ideally, it should be occupied by a small family who would also like to cook something themselves. TV and radio in various languages are available in the studio. The guesthouse WLAN can be used free of charge. Access data can be found in the studio.
Upon request and order, a sofa bed for children or an adult person can be provided, as well as a baby bed. Please inform us when booking, the costs for this will be charged additionally.
The garden terrace can be used freely by arrangement with other guests. There is a covered parking area with barbecue, fridge and coffee machine.
The price for staying in the studio depends on the number of guests and the duration of the stay.
